3 ply shuttering panel consists of three layers of wood obtained from fir, spruce, pine from trees growing in sustainable forests.The two outer boards are glued lengthwise and the inside board is glued crosswise.Gluing with Melamine-Urea-Formal(MUF)under controlled temperature and pressure condition.
This 3 ply structure ensures dimensional stability and swelling or shirking is almost impossible.The melamine resin they are coated with confers resistance and uniformity to the surface of the panels,structural wood beams are suitable for use in any construction site,standing out for quality and durability.
The yellow color of concrete shuttering panel serves as a visual indicator to easily distinguish it from other types of plywood,allowing for efficient sorting on construction sites.This helps to streamline the construction process and minimize errors.

After production, QC team will check the cargo piece by piece and test in our lab.Testing report is issued to customers together with QC pictures including size,thickness,moisture content ,edge treatment, package and etc . Loading will be done only after customer's final permission.
