Shuttering plywood coated with plastic (PP) is a popular material which widely used in concrete construction projects as film-faced plywood is  increased stability and resistance to moisture, ultraviolet radiation, and corrosive chemicals. The film layer and acrylic varnished edges make it more durable and less able to distort when used outdoors in harsh weather and adverse conditions.
 

Shuttering plywood coated with plastic (PP) has an outer layer of plastic instead of phenolic film, which ensures several times greater durability and resistance to abrasion. Widely used for concrete construction projects & scene that exposed under water.

The surface of the laminating board is smooth, shiny, waterproof, and has excellent durability and anti-fouling ability. At the same time, it will not cause any pollution to the building, and the amount of harmful gases can be strictly limited.

Yes, we have a professional QC team which follow the production process from the beginning to end.Production process can be updated everyday upon the customer's request. After production, QC team will check the cargo piece by piece and test in our lab.Testing report is issued to customers together with QC pictures including size,thickness,moisture content ,edge treatment, package and etc . Loading will be done only after customer's final permission.
